Reconciliation (Confession)

First Penance is celebrated prior to First Communion in the second grade. At least one parent is expected to attend a retreat for the parents of second graders, if they have not done so in the past 3 years. The retreat is held in the fall of the year prior to their child receiving the sacrament for the first time.
