Parish organizations under the Stewardship Board:
Angel Follies are a group of post high school age people who produce a musical variety show for the parish each spring, funding church projects. Rehearsals begin in February with the production at the end of April or beginning of May.
Fish Frys are held during Fridays of Lent. Volunteers provide the parish with excellent fish dinners and a great opportunity to gather with friends. Workers fry and bake the fish and fries, and serve up the pizza, drinks and desserts.
Hospitality sponsors three or four social activities throughout the year, such as a parish picnic, ice cream social or pot luck dinner. Meetings are as needed.
New Parishioner Welcome is a group that welcomes new parishioners into our community through personal contact. Periodic meetings are involved as well as the time needed for contacting all new members.
Parish Festival is scheduled for the second full weekend in June. Under the direction of a chairperson, committees organize the festival. Workers are needed to head specific areas to staff the booths on festival weekend. Committee meetings begin in September. Sign-up for the workers starts in January.
School Alumni Club works to keep alumni of Guardian Angels School connected with their alma mater.
